Obituary
Clarence was born in Boksburg in 1961. He grew up in Promosa , Potchefstroom where he matriculated in 1979 at Promosa Senior Secondary School. He was a member of the boy scouts in high school as well as a passionate soccer player.
He studied psychology at the University of Western Cape and furthered his studies at Rand College of Education to become a teacher. He was employed at Cashbuild in Klerksdorp and Bears in Potchefstroom… he then relocated to Nigel in 2004 where he worked at Union Carriage.
In 2008 he came to visit his cousin Owen in the Eastern Cape and never went back. He met the love of his life here in Fort Beaufort. He started working at Raymond Mhlaba Muncipality where he retired in 2021 .
Shortly after retiring he fell ill and was hospitalized for 5months. He somewhat made recovery by God’s grace and mercy and he called that
“Thank You Lord for giving me a second chance at life “
Mr Golden was again admitted to hospital Tuesday 22 March 2022 after he had a set back and sadly passed on in hospital the 23rd of March 2022 …
He lived a full adventurous life, never a dull moment…
He will surely be missed by his loved ones, friends and colleagues,
He leaves behind big foot steps that needs to be filled continuously… He leaves behind his dear wife, 2 sisters ,1 sister in law, 4 kids and 2 grand children.
